 Decided to take a break from my usual Sinigang mixes (which is still pretty tedious to prepare) and looked at various ways to prepare my leftover beef skirt. I just thought of saying hello for I distinctly remember you when you were yet very young and very beautiful which still you are. I can still hear your voice, would you believe that? How time flies and how good it is to know that the good Lord has always guided and taken care of us. I just had a long chat with your mom Peggy re Ondoy and our friends who got affected by the recent flooding. You mom's charm and sincerity still continue to make me feel happy for you, me and the rest of our friends. Take care always and God bless. Hope a time will come when we get reunited even when we are here in the US.
